Antique LOLs are based on the phenomenon of LOL Cats and my love of antique photographs. And wine. And my somewhat twisted sense of humor. So, they're kind of based on lots of things.

These pieces are a departure from my usual creepiness, and allow me to showcase my sense of humor a bit more. They are made by digitally collaging antique and vintage photographs with pictures of my own pets (a brood that now includes a cat, apparently; siiiiigh). The resulting picture is printed, and then collaged together with antique papers, paint, ink, and charcoal, in my own usual way.
